Colgate can be whatever you want college to be. Narrow-minded people may be turned off by a rather isolated setting, snowy winters, students who drink or have money…oh wait, that just about describes every liberal arts college in the northeast. Once I visited the campus, I was hooked, as most Colgate students likely were. The rest of your success at Colgate is left to your own motivation to make the most of your college years here. There are many activities to join both on and off campus and they have made my experience here very worthwhile. I actually feel I am contributing something valuable here at Colgate and it has made me a better person.
