The people will help you navigate the field, solve problems, and move forward after graduation. You don't absolutely need the school—if you're a recent grad, you're probably better off getting a job—but if you've been out of college a couple of years and find you're career isn't moving fast enough, jschool can help you at the management level and beyond.
