Course work is challenging but faculty is always willing to help. Some of the required classes for Freshman seem to have little bearing on your major but I suppose all universities have core requirements. All in all Fordham is a great university.

Although the required classes may not always relate to one's major, this seems to be a common practice in most universities. Overall, Fordham seems to be a solid choice for higher education.
