This was quite possibly one of the worst college experiences I could have possibly had. I'm so happy I'm transferring out of here after this semester. The academics are alright and all. The Social life is absolutely horrendous though. The social scene can be extremely cliquey so its basically High school all over again. The party scene is terrible. The house parties get broken up early and are usually overcrowded and bad to begin with. They usually just compose of everyone standing around drinking and not open to meeting man new people. The bars are pretty sloppy and there is only one 18+ club so you basically need a fake. While there are some bright individuals in the student body, alot of them come across as very arrogant and stuck up. Some of them look like they came straight from the show "jersey shore". All in all this was a terrible freshman year experience and I just can't wait until I transfer out of here to a real school.
