Marist College is a beautiful campus that overlooks the Hudson River. The best part about this college is the people. Both students and faculty are extremely friendly and always there to support you. There are many clubs and activities on campus which makes it easy to meet people, and the class sizes are small so professors will know your name after the first few weeks of class.Another great thing about Marist is the housing. Sophmores and upperclassmen have the option to live in houses with full kitchens and living rooms as opposed to living in a dorm for all four years. Most students choose to live on campus through senior year because there is no reason to leave. If I had one compliant about Marist it would be the food. The cafeteria didn't have many options and few healthy choices. I lived off cereal, grilled cheese, and ice cream my freshman year and haven't been back since. However, I have heard they have recently made improvements.
