Major: Chemistry (This Major's Salary over time)
Coming to NAU overall has been a great experience. Being from out of state I was a little bit worried how it would work out. I looked at a number of schools, but after doing college vists NAU was by far at the top of the list. The students and faculty were very friendly, and it was easy to make friends. Most of the chemistry deparment staff all genuinely care for the success of their students and are very helpful.I've lived in a dorm for 2 years now and have yet to have any real problems with it. A lot of my closer friends are people I met in my dorm freshman year. Living on campus can be a plus in the winter, because then you don't really have to worry about driving in snow or whatever weather conditions could come up. To me coming to NAU was a better choice than the school I would have gone to that is in-state.
