Do your research. Make sure you explore all areas of a school, even things that don't seem important will matter later. Make sure you concider location/climate, size, surrounding area, # of students, new facilities, etc… College can be a very exciting and fruitful time, or your worst nightmare. You can always transfer if you need to, but its best to do 4+ years at an institution to fully benifit from what the school has to offer.
