Major: Electrical Engineering (This Major's Salary over time)
RPI is really a great school, it's just you have to make an effort to go out and find what's right for you. Contrary to popular belief, the frat parties are pretty legit, and there is a decent amount of good-looking women, it's just some of the houses are very picky about who can get in to make sure the ratio stays around 50-50. However, if you make an effort to meet people, you will find your niche and love RPI. I highly recommend Greek life, as there is literally a fraternity or sorority for everyone. The education is also obviously very good, and the career fair is very helpful for all students to find internships/job opportunities. A very large number of students walk out of college with a high-paying job. Overall, RPI can be a great school, but if you refuse to take the initiative, don't complain about there not being a social life, because there IS, and there's no one to blame except yourself for not going out and finding it.
