The city of DC is great. Most students fail to take advantage of it first term, but this term I have gone out into the city to see the monuments and the Mall among other things. There is always something to do in the city, not just clubbing. I have never been a clubber and I have found things to do. The administration is another story. Some people are helpful, others don't have a clue as to what there doing. I am in the Honors Program and they are extremely incompetent. The only good thing is getting tickets to shows for very low prices. Besides that, there are 2 new advisors for about 700 honors students. I went to the Columbian School advisors because they actually knew what they were doing. They're really short on housing right now, which sucks. But the available dorms are awesome, even the worst of them all are better than ones you would get at other universities. It is fairly easy to get internships and other jobs thanks to the great location of the city.
