Date: Jul 05 2005 Major: Economics (This Major's Salary over time) Your enjoyment of your chosen college is deirectly related to what you put into your college experience. If you talk to your professors (but not annoyingly to often), do a research project or take Honors curriculum, stay physically active through one of the finest intramural programs or personal exercise at the fabulous Student Recreation Center, get involved in a couple clubs, root on the varsity athletic teams, and join a social circle (whether it is a greek chapter or otherwise), you will do well any where. The fact that Pullman is small and 1.5 hours from any "big" city will entice you all the more to get involved in campus activities. WSU & Pullman offers an unusually good music selection throughout the semester and Pullman is well-located for outdoor recreation, whether it is boating or cliff-jumping on the Snake River, white water rafting, hiking, hunting, mountain biking, cliff climbing, or skiing, it's all available. My best advise to enjoying where ever you decide to go - don't be static & placid - take action, get involved & you'll enjoy your college experience. Pullman is one school where you have infinite opportunities to get involved, the professors will be interesting & helpful if you engage yourself, and you'll have plenty of friends.
