She cares more about Academic Success than the average student.
Date: Jul 29 2010
Major: Biology (This Major's Salary over time)
The Good: Beautiful Campus, Decent dinning hall, dorms are average and not to cramped, Professors are generally good and helpful.

The Bad: Sheltered and Immature students, felt more like high school than college.

Unless you are a devote Christian I would suggest not going there. Their Pre-Med program is rigious tho and you have good advisors/classes.

Personally- I finished my first year frustrated with the students because I was expecting some form of maturity. The ratio of girls to guys is 3:1 and girls tend to throw themselves at the few attractive guys that are on campus. There is an underground party scene if you are into that. I am looking at transferring out to a larger 4 year like UW because the Christian aspect is to much for me. The people tend to be hypocritical.

From what I have learned from alumni, SPU has changed significantly over the alast decade or so. Do not be fooled by what alumni have posted.
