I am a senior and have had the time of my life! It is in a very small town however, I have always been a social person so making friends was pretty easy. Because we are so isolated and sheltered the campus does a great job of always having something going on. Some of the athletes are douchebags but that is everywhere. You have to try really hard to fail here, the staff are really supportive here and want to challenge you but also allow you to explore who you are as an individual. It is not very diverse, however as an African American female I have had a few very serious bumps but with the support from friends I was able to bounce back. The class sizes are small so you get a deeper understanding of the material and relationship with the professors. The caf food sucks, after the first two weeks (that's how they get you). But that is all places. I have seen people come here and fail or transfer out but I believe that this place will really let you spread your wings and grow into the person that you want to become! The expierence here is really what you make of it, if you party to much you will suffer academically, if you spend all your time studying you'll look up and the ride will be over and you'll realize that you just spent four years of your life never really living. The goal is to find a balance. Freshman year you need to skip a class or two, stay up all night hanging out in the lounge and making connections with people that you will know for the rest of your life. Here you start out wild and reckless and by the end you'll have a sense of enlightenment and you will never want to leave.Okay for the low down on classes; Oral Comm with Brother Houde"Bro Thom" is bomb( he always give you candy), senior year LCT Capstone with Mary Fox will blow you mind and change your entire life, that lady is the TRUTH!! Dr. Seebach is full of knowledge and she will challenge you and ignite your passion with her abnormal class IF you decide to go the psych route. Davidson is the best math professor if you ask anyone and Dr. Martin for Human Bio is so funny, you forget your in class sometimes. If you take any of these classes just mention Kc and they will definately chuckle a little!
