I paid out of state tuition for this school, a grand amount. The school treats its students like children, not adults, since it still informs parents if grades fall below C-, to shame students into doing better. It also has mandatory meetings where students are fined if they do not attend, only to listen to unnecessary speeches, or unimportant floor meetings while living in dorms. Also, the curfew is ridiculous and promotes horrible social lives, as a student needs to fill out forms in order to stay with a friend, along with room checks every night where a student is punished if they are not in bed by midnight.

Academically, the school is challenging, and good if you want to become a teacher or a priest, and nothing else. There are very little academic options. 5 major choices. No science classes.

In one case a friend of mine had an accident on campus, and had to go to the hospital multiple times. The school showed no sympathy, and my friends and I were forced to miss class in order to take care of our injured friend. The school does not take care of its students.

There are some sports programs, and some dances, but other than that, there are not many extra curricular activities. Many students take to drinking—Yes, there are many underage drinking parties in this catholic school—simply out of sheer boredom of nothing else to do.

The semester in Rome was fun. But with tuition as high as it is, it would have been a shame if it wasn't.
