SO INCREDIBLY HAPPY WITH THIS UNIVERSITY. Yes, the administration is much larger than it needs to be, and yes, you do get slapped with a few ridiculous fees (TCF Stadium fee, anyone?) but in the end, you will be glad you chose this school. As someone who first attended a private university as a freshman and transferred, I can honestly say that the U of M has the most going for it. You get so many more opportunities and great resources, as well as a huge list of majors to choose from than any other college in the state of Minnesota- why WOULDN'T you choose this place to go to in the first place?
