Overall, MC isn't a bad school. As far as academics, security, and resources go, I didn't face any problems. The cafeteria isn't bad but the food could be a little better. But before going you should know that the school really only caters to conservative people with close-minded worldviews. Sure, there's lots of "diversity" on campus but I feel bad for the international students who have Bibles constantly pushed down their throats. Most of the students don't understand religious tolerance and cultural sensitivity. If you're open-minded and liberal in any way, think twice before coming here. Chapel is awful and boring, whether you're a Christian or not. The institution is also deeply homophobic so keep that in mind. One time they arrested gay activists for coming on campus. Not very "Christian" if you ask me. Very intolerant. It's hard to fit in with the hordes of Christian hipsters. Sometimes I felt judged. If you're lucky you'll be able to find a small group of welcoming, friendly people, but I don't think I'd come here again given the choice.
