Sweet Briar is a very interesting place. What attracted me was their pre med program which has very high acceptance rates into med school. I spend most of my time in the science department and all the professors I have met and dealt with are amazing. The social life is meh. You can go to Hampden Sydney College or VMI to meet other guys and there is also chances in Lynchburg where three other colleges reside. If you're looking for a super active social life than SBC is not for you. It is also a largely conservative campus, politically. So if you're super liberal, it's hard to find people who think a like but they are on campus. There are some girls who are really caught up in their own bubble of life but then again there are girls who are down to earth. It's a changing campus so you have to experience it to understand its dynamics!
