Very disappointing. Five specific learning objectives were established in the initial entrance interview. Not a single one was accomplished. The workload is challenging, in fact at most times demanding and unrealistic. Definitely does not support the school view of " making man whole". I gained 30 lbs in 22 months sitting 16 hours a day in front of a computer.

There was very little feedback at all…poor instructor communications. Most times you could be involved with a course for up to 8 weeks and receive no grades or feedback solicitations from the instructors. The main professors are too self absorbed in their own research to have any feelings or regards for their students. Your may make research proposal and have it approved and then never hear anything from anyone. Each enrollment period was like pulling teeth to register. And beware their flat tuition rates…they try and charge $9000-11000 dollars for 3 credits, knowing you are not being offered the promised course load. It takes about 2-3 weeks to reverse that mess and subsequently they always manage to screw you out of another $200.00 as late registration fees even though you registered early. They do this because they are an SDA institution. If you belong to the cult, you keep your mouth shut and pay, if not you pay anyway and serves you right for being an outsider. Stay away from this school. The average age of a graduate (masters level) student is 26 years. Most schools are late 30's or 40's. That is because of the SDA affiliation…the students want to stay because it is a religious experience. For all others, it can be a miserable mistake.
