Ok, I've read many people bashing this school for everything that it never claimed to be. Look people this is a for-profit tech school. It's not a big fancy university with teachers that will spoon feed you information. It's not suppose to be fun or easy, or even cheap for that matter. We're here to get that RN. Period. We do it however we can. Whatever it takes. If that means not working, no social life, going to another library (National University has a bomb library) to use good resources then so be it. It's all about the RN, by any means necessary. My wife went to Maric. Did it suck? Hell yeah! Is she a RN now making close to $40 an hour? Yes. Do think she gives a shit that she had to sacrifice for 20 months to be successful? That last question was rhetorical. It's what you make of it people. If your attitude is crap, guess what your experience will be? After being on the waiting list at Grossmont for over a year and being jerked around by National. I saw the light, and applied for Maric. Guess what, I got in and started quickly. God bless you all and good luck.

Our class moved around a lot. Maric college was revamping their ADN program which created an orginizational disaster. If I knew this was going to happen before I stepped applied for Maric, I would have refused to even go here. Right now, im just tolerating some of the unprepared "teachers" and lack of resources; their library is limited to mostly nursing textbooks. ADN students pay 40K for their education and get no access to online libraries to obtain Nursing Journals and other information important to our writing assignments.
