The emphasis is on discussions and writing in classes. I rarely took a test with a scantron. Students are encouraged to develop their minds and the faculty go out of their way to make themselves available. The social life is restricted which is bad but the good side of it is that students spent much more time reading and playing musich and finding other creative ways to spend time. At my next school (graduate) people just drank. |
