Statistical Analyzer:

If you don't drink I mean a lot and don't want to be greek your out of luck becuase what little life is their is highly centered around this. The town offer nothing and you will inter the "Alma Bubble" where the outside world is cut of from you, and it narrows your mind not explaind it. If you grew up in a city with a lot going on and were exposed to many different thing don't come here. A large number of the kids come from small farm town with 40 minutes and half the campus goes home on weekends. On weekends it just dead! If you went what you consider a good high school, feel ready to dive into your major, and took A.P. class your waisting your time here. For one thing they are not set up to handle students that went to college prep school and if you have A.P. credit it not going to go to good use. Most kids come from school which are well not that great and they need to teach good deal of basic stuff that you know to bring them up to level of a bigger high school. If you had A.P. credit get you less then some colleges and some dept. don't even let get out of a requirermnet with them. This becuase good number of student do not have them. So this means you will be waisting your time and money setting in a class where you know it. Yes that sounds good at frist but it pointless and you will hate hereing all over again plus you waist your time which is very important in college. It is liberal arts which means you have a ton of credits to take outside your major which mean more work which will have little bearing on you later. This makes hard to fucus on your major special if you one of few students that has a good ideal what you want. Plus their will be little class choice with in your major. Reseach is not as their as much as they say becuase their are few professer fewr doing research. So it just same as if you went to a big college when it realtive to number of student, it may be even worst. Also make sure that one of the few professer is doing research in what you want and see how soon you can real get in their with him. Good deal of student go their simple becuase thair parents are making them go their, or their parent or sibling goes their. Their are few heavly driven student and I get impression few will go on to higher degrees. Plus it one of least wired capus I have every been to network system is out dated and all college computer are makes and have network propblems all the time. The food is good if you can fit into the few hours it is open it not like open all day so some times class make it hard to fit it in. Don't let sales people fool you their get at spinning thing special if your above the average student they get. I hate. I feel lied to and out place with these student that still act like their in high school. The professer are freindly and stuff, but this just add to the high school feel you still have every one out their wachting you and you don't grow up here. So if you don't want to leave high school, like being narrow minded, want to be around kids that are not driven to get some where, if you feel like living in bubble, and think the world is a prefect place and their no eveil out there here your buble warp that will keep in your never never land. So it true what they say their is college for ever one and this is could be your Dorothy just follow yellow brick road to the Alma bubble.

P.S. I will be going to MSU or UM next year. I only wish I did miss the semster cut off for transfering.
