Humility was the key to open the door of spiritual growth in my life, and I am very glad that I went there. At first I did not like PCC at all because of the rules and my stubborn attitude. But once I stopped focusing on what I could not do, and started focusing on what God wanted me to do, I found peace and longsuffering. I want others to know that once you hit the field, you will be tested on what YOU believe and stand for. PCC helped me find this courage and honor. The title of US Marine is one of the finest in the world, but to be called and have others know through your actions that you are a Christian is indeed the greatest. When I was commissioned from PCC I told those present at my commissioning, While we can always trust in the Lord, we cannot always trust in those trusting in the Lord. The decision is between you and the Lord.
