Personally, I think college is what you make of it. I don't know about everyone else's major but things were quite competitive in marketing. I thought education level was great at JWU because we didn't only study marketing/advertising theories but we practiced them with marketing campaigns for JWU.Although I wished they had more advertising classes, they always were filled. Although I had a chance to go to some pretty good schools, I'm glad I went to JWU. I not only feel that I received a good education but most important great contacts & friends. My first job out of college was with Disney and I got that through one of my fraternity brothers. There is not colleges a California kid can go to hang out with people from New York, Alaska, Nevada, Boston, Sweden, Florida and more all in the same room. On another note, not everyone at JWU has money, I'm going to pay off my loans for a long time. I think most students hate the college they go to… it's not till after it's over you start appreciating it. JWU is a great school, just be optimistic and take advantage what the school offers. Plus this is my theory, it's not what you know, it's who you know.
