Cal is a mixed bag. There's a sea of people, and sometimes that's good, sometimes bad. No doubt, for a place of that size, it's the best. Professors are actually often more than willing to talk personally, but students feel intimidated and do not take them up on it. Campus safety can be an issue. Bottom line is that Cal is full of life, and your experience there is bound to be unique and complicated. Academics are top-notch. |
