USC is great. While being expensive, scholarships and financial aid are readily available, unlike most private universities. Both liberal arts and pre-professional programs are strong, so USC is perfect for the undeclared student. The surrounding neighborhood is questionable, but the beautiful campus makes up for it, and safety is a high priority. Trojan school spirit exemplified by athetic teams and the Greateset Marching Band in the History of the Universe is rivaled by few other universities. Because it is smaller than most D-I schools and because it so diverse, campus clubs and organizations are easy to get involved with. Greek life is present, but not dominating, and you can't beat the weather. GO TROJANS |
