Although, not your typical college: they have rules and will not waste their time with students who have no intention of abiding by them. Weekends are good times for going "out on the town" (to legal places that is) or out to eat, you can manage to have fun if you get in with the right people. Stay away from a lot of negativity and form your own opinions about the admistration and the staff. No typical "frat" parties found at this school, just good, clean fun. The beaches are awesome and relaxing! Church-going is very frequent, so get used to it. Also, they want their students to look sharp at all times. (So leave your "B.U.M Equipment" or "Roxy" outfits at home or for dorm wear.) Curfew is at 11:00p.m., so use your time wisely. *Most important—make friends with good, positive people who share your interests, it will make your stay much easier!!! |
