I have many great memories of the school, I was here during the 'Fab Five' basketball era, the time when Michigan had a top 10 basketball program. Chris Webber, Juwan Howard, Jalen Rose, Jimmy King, Ray Jackson aka the FAB FIVE!! I remember the football program produced NFL players like Elvis Grbac, Desmond Howard, Tyrone Wheatley, Brian Griese, Charles Woodson, Tai Streets, Amani Toomer. I will never forget one football game- Michigan vs. Notre Dame in September of 1991, 'The Catch', it was my first college football game, Elvis Grbac throws deep into the end zone and Desmond Howard dives deep in the corner end zone, touchdown!!! Michigan won that day too. Few schools in the country can match Michigan's top academics - You name the profession: Business, Law, Medicine, Engineering, Michigan is up there with the best of schools in the country. |
