For me, the USC experience was a complete joke. The school itself wasn't that bad…although there were several classes I took in which I looked at my watch for the entire period, begging for the class to end soon. But as a whole, the classes weren't too bad. What really made my USC experience terrible was the people—the teachers and the students. There was one particular teacher, who made my life a living hell. He was exceptionally creepy, and had stalker tendencies. He also had the nerve to tell me that I have no class. The students weren't much better. For a school that seems to pride itself on intellectual development, the students weren't very bright. Supposedly, one of the benefits of going to USC was the social atmosphere. In reality, the social scene was composed of a system designed to exclude those without athletic or Greek connections. And the only women I could get a date with, were those who were willing to take advantage of my wallet, and then never call me again. Don't make the mistake I did. Do not attend USC. You deserve better. |
