I would just like to say that choosing Binghamton University for my undergraduate career was the worst decision I could have EVER and I mean EVER made. Due to the general attitude of the professors I can honestly say that I wasn't even remotely interested in attending, quite frankly, ANY of my classes until my senior year. The social life at Binghamton is horrible, to put in mildly. If you are not from Long Island or NYC…DO NO GO TO BINGHAMTON!!!! You will NOT enjoy the people you go to school with…because you are a REAL PERSON and have interests other than getting wasted 5 nights a week and shopping 24-7. If you are intersted in Greek Life do not go to Binghamton…as the frat boys are jokes and the sorority sisters are SLUTS. As far as the town itself, its honestly not that bad, it could be worse. The only problem is no one from the community is interested in interacting with you because of the negative connotation that you receive as being a BU student. Like I said earlier… waste of time!!!!!!
