The computer science program at NU deserves more credit than it is getting by rankings. I believe it is a great program and there are so many resources for CS students. Also, you cannot beat the co-op experience at NU. I learned so much more by completing co-ops that other students lose out on. The student population at NU is extremely more mature, grown up and focused than students I have met at other colleges because of experiencing their career in real-life, and learning to interact in a professional manner in the workplace. The social and technical skills learned by us on co-op changes us and how we interact with others in every aspect of our life. Looking back on my decision to attend NU, I am so happy that I did. I would never have wanted to choose another school and end up missing out on the co-op experience, which I have learned from immensly. |
