I got the best education at BJU. Aside from academics, I learned to think for myself. I learned that Christianity isn't what BJU thinks nor is it what my parents think, it's what God thinks. God is the ultimate authority. In the end, we will be standing before God and are accountable only to Him. The rules at BJU caused me to lose perspective on the big picture. But, through it all, God was faithful. The lessons I learned about God weren't found in textbooks, but through the lives of my teachers and through the Word itself! |
