My worst experience with them is with their housing department. They have you fill out a survey, so they can place you with compatible roommates. I, being a non smoker, said that I would want a roommate that does not smoke. Of course, they stuck me with the biggest pot head in the college. When I try multiple attempts to change rooms, all my requests were ignore, they didn't even bother to reply to any emails or phone calls. Later on, when I was trying to get housing for the next quarter, I was again ignored. They con me into giving them a deposit and after they charge my credit card, they were never to be heard again. Phone calls and emails were ignored again. I stop by at the office in person, and they told me the lady in charge were out for lunch. Since I had a job to go to, I couldn't stay and wait, so I left her a written message to call me back. Like every other form I submitted, it probably found its place in the recycling bin. Of course, I never got my housing assignment and was force to commute to school everyday. Then when I try to get my deposit back, they told me I had to write a petition letter and they would respond in 3-5 business days. So I did, and its been almost 2 weeks now, and I am still waiting for a response… |
