Been a while since I was there as a student but 2 out of 3 of my kids went there and did very well. One in Dental school now, one in Masters program (accepted to Law School). Very good pre dental and pre medical programs in 1976 and in 2001. This consistent success in getting students accepted to Dental and Medical School from such a small school is remarkable. My kids were from a much larger city than Abilene but they loved going to school there once they learned their way around. At least thats what they said, and they could have gone anywhere they wanted to. |
