I can see why people love this school, but it wasn't for me and my opinion was the polar oppsite of those kids. Vermont winters are astoundingly cold, and the campus is simply not designed to facilitate this extreme temperature. I felt like a number, and doubt a single teacher knows my name, despite after lecture conversations or relatively creative papering. Don't expect any help from the school here, your nothing but a cash cow and 'the man' will stick it to you any chance they can to reap some more funding in the form of fines and penalties. Parking is a joke, fun is a joke, and success is usually measured by how well you can slip through cracks in the system.

That said, my freshman year i was doing research in a lab for credit, and teachers are very approachable and helpful. No one out here is particularly unfriendly, just seasonally depressed from the cold and gray. Fogel is the worst thing that could have happened to this institution.
