At Binghamton, you are getting Cornell calaber education at a reasonable price. The classes are challenging and people who say there is nothing to do expect too much from college. One thing you should remember…all colleges are the same (They all have snobby rich kids and students who like to drink and hook up every weekend). Take a look at reviews from other schools and you will see that pretty much everyone has negatives to say. OK, so the campus isn't as pretty as Princeton, BIG DEAL! If you want a pretty campus, go pay $40,000 to go to Cornell or Tufts. One thing you should remember, Binghamton is on the rise. It has begun to improve its sports program (With the great new Events Center), began a campus-wide revitalization project (it is about to renovate the old union and other buildings on campus) and is putting in great effort to improve not only the quality of life here but the campus asthetics too. In addition, the academics are unbelieveable at the price you are paying. |
