I, unfortunately chose the wrong major, and was too scared to switch. Had I known then what I know now, I would have in-fact changed major's and persued a different carreer path. Southeastern is actually a great University with a very knowledgeable faculty. I learned a lot, both academically and socially. The big problem with Southeastern would be it's location. Small towns suck! (being born and raised in a small town I have every right to say that). And with a small town, all too often, comes small minded people. With this in mind, such a "small minded" community often hinders students to really explore who they are, and often causes missed opportunities for personal as well as educational enrichment. Don't get me wrong, I love this university and I value and cherish every moment I had there, and for the price of tuition, YOU CAN'T GO WRONG!!! GO SAVAGES! |
