I'm actually glad I did it, I try not to have any regrets. But I definetly would not recommend it to anyone. I guess everyone has dreams of going off to college and living in a dorm and having fun. Not at JWU. Everybody there was so unmotivated and just stayed in their rooms and smoked all day and night, blasting their Eminem music and the girls just ran around with their skin tight club clothes and hoop earrings. It was just not your typical college. It was like fake college. Like a community college sleepover party. No one wanted to make friends with anyone, it was ridiculous. I stayed for one tri and got the hell out. I guess I was just too lazy and quick in my decisions in choosing a school. Didn't look into it. If anyone's looking into this school you better know what you're getting into. Find a way to stay there for a week or so. Do something…but don't just take the tour and think it's cool. Especially when it's all sunny. When it gets below zero and you have to walk a million miles to get stuff for your room, or run after a bus because they never come on time, you'll be on the next one home. |
