PCC has rules that are not always agreeable. Most of the rules have a good reason for beeing there. Even some of the faculty do not agree with all the rules, but they say the rules are there to keep unity in the College. College people are always pushing the limits to see how far they can take the rules. Well, if the rules are set high enough the poeple can not push the limits enough to cause themselves or someone else to sin. PCC's goal is to allow each student to go to bed every night with a clear conscience. The rules allow for that to happen. While I was there for my four years in the nursing program I had to contually remind myself that God has a purpose for me to be there. I also focused on the great education that I was receiving at PCC. I would not trade my education for anything. PCC has equipped me with the skills that I needed to do well in nursing. Surviving through the rules was a very small price to pay for what they had given me. I have and still would reccommmend PCC to perspective NURSING students because of the education they will equip you with to be the best possible nurse. I may not agree with all the rules, but it is only 4 years. If I can do it, anyone can live through PCC. |
