The school does not foster the growth of the mind, but keeps a tight, almost Orwellian, control on the student body. If you want to be indoctrinated with official school propaganda, and do not wish to actually learn how to think, this is the place for you. No matter what your particular world-view, however, you'd be better off going somewhere that allows you to learn how to think and therefore form opinions that hold up, even when challenged. PCC simply refuses all challenges to the "official doctrine" of the school.
