Everyone is friendly and helpful including the professors. Many professors stay after their lectures to answer students questions and they encourage discussion in the classroom. There are two campuses- one in downtown(Hall Building) and the other(Loyola) a 15 minute bus ride. Concordia has a free shuttle bus service between the two campuses and there is frequent bus service-approx. every 10-15 min. Most of the science classes are held at the loyola campus which is a beautiful campus in contrast to the downtown one. They are very modern and I believe are still expanding. I have made many great friends. The courses are challenging and you have to work hard- Profs don't just hand out grades. You have to learn to manage your time and not let exams get to you. Other than that I would recommend Concordia because it is in a great city, and you can get a quality education. It ranks just as well as other top schools. Some of its programs are unique to them such as Exercise science and Journalism. Great place to study and experience! |
