Genuinely - this school will give you a great design education, although expect a lot of work that goes with that. I hear the science school is pretty good as well, but you can get a good education for science majors at much less expensive school. To be honest, sometimes it seems like they spend too much money/effort on the landscaping and appearance of the school. The teachers are all very knowledgable, however you will sometimes have one that can't teach to save their life/can't speak english/grades too harshly, etc. It's a small school so you will see the same people over and over again- its kinda like high school so if you don't want that be aware. It gets boring cause theres not a ton of socializing or activities at the school, but Philly is fun and you'll find tons of stuff to do in the city if you venture out. Overall, the education is good and the faculty really wants to help you succeed and cares about you as a student. |
