Only exception was if you were in the hospital.Had to wear a tie off campus.Had to wait in line and get permission from the Dean of Men to go off campus.Pray every night with my roommates and lights out by 11:00.More demerits for “horseplay”. Wrestling with a friend.Could not talk to my girlfriend after 6:00.Reprimanded for walking too slow with my girlfriend.Dates off campus required a member of faculty and you had to also pay for their dinner.These are just a few of the fabulous things you will encounter at BJU.
