You will definitely have to work hard. Your professors and clinical instructors will push you to be the best you can be. After all, you will be making decisions that may impact whether a patient lives or dies. I have worked as an RN in several different areas and have always felt thoroughly prepared. I think the success of PCC's program is due to the many hours of hands-on clinical experience, the excellent staff and the Christ-centered philosophy that permeates every class. PCC does have many rules. And though I don't necessarily agree with them all, I believe they were created out of a sincere desire to help students grow in both their spiritual and academic lives. If you have a positive attitude, you will have a positive experience. |
