Alright, let me start out saying what I enjoyed about my four years at PCC. I really matured while I was there, thanks in great deal to my differing roommates and some of my friends. You will have a great potential to grow mentally, spiritually, and emotionally at this college. I made some awesome friendships, dated the only women I have trully loved, and learned valuable life lessons. I would also say that I recieved a good education here as well, even if I'm not currently using it to its fullest (my own choice).

Now for the negative; I say this cautiously however, because my intention is not to bash the college, but rather to warn those who are considering this college. There are MANY things that you will NOT find out about PCC until you are actually a student. They are not on the official website and you should be careful of what you read on the internet. The primary thing I would warn of is regulations. There are far more than you will find in the handouts the college gives you. As a matter of fact, in general, there was a new rule made nearly every semester I was there, and many of these were never officially documented (or if they were they were not made available to the general student body). How anyone can keep up with all these rules is beyond me! It would take to much time to list all of the rules I'm aware of, but you may email me if you would like further info on that. Some of these rules make sense, but alot do not, and the administration, in general, does not give out explanations for their rules (which I don't agrre with); you are just expected to blindly follow them. The main problem is that all the ridiculous rules that I'm aware of were made because some idiot did something the admin. didn't think of, so they made a rule against it. However, this ultimately only ends up punishing the students that actually want to do what is right. The students who don't find a way around these rule; trust me, I know this for a fact! So essentially you end up being treated like the one who will break the rules, not like you might not. Bottom line: the administration DOES NOT TRUST ANY STUDENT THAT COMES THROUGH PCC!

I have a few other issues with the college, but I have taken enough space here. Again, you may email me if you want more info. Be careful in your choice. If you feel this is where the Lord would have you go to college, go with the attitude that no matter what, you will do what is right (not necessarily what they want) and you won't be made bitter. KAPPA PSI TILL I DIE!
