I think this school is great for a particular type of person. It works well for me because I commute to night classes, which they offer alot of. Professors and students are generally very friendly and easy to work with. One of the other reviewers was right when he said most students are from the surrounding area, but that's because it's a commuter school and you should expect that. Parking isn't too bad if you figure out the right time to try to get into the parking deck, and they do have a few options for food(cafeteria has subway and 2 other types, the lounge makes sandwiches and hamburgers, and there are 2 lunch trucks and a diner right there). Tuition is cheap and financial aid is readily available. The bad parts about the school are the clubs and extras. The school tries to recruit students for clubs, but often things are cancelled due to low turnout since the students commute(But they do try and they are available). Overall, it's good for someone who wants to get a degree without getting overloaded with busywork and doesn't mind sacrificing school social life. |
