if you are from a small town in ohio this is an ideal university for you. the people here i find are all the same white kid with a baseball cap. they are unintersting to talk to almost all of the time and if you like preppy airhead type girls this is a good place also. Coming from Maryland to run track here on a full scholarship im not happy here at all with the exception of a couple good frinds i have made. the sun almost never shines and the winters are cold and dreary and can throw you into a deep lonely depression if your not careful to keep busy. there is alot of pride coming around "The" Ohio State university because of all the old alumni who are die hard football fans and make this place out to seem wonderful when it really is not. the kids here are friendly to an extent but they are all just so boring, there is hardly any thing special about anyone. but if again if your the kind of person who is from small town ohio than this is probably your place. i sometimes doubt the quality of the education im getting here when i look at my classmates and roommates and wonder how they ever got accepted here.
