This school has done nothing but hinder me from those goals. As fellow believers you would think that we could get along even if we didn't have the exact same docturnal beliefs, but that is just not the case. Instead of focusing on our relationships with Christ, or reaching out to the lost, they closemindedly focus only on their docturnal beliefs. It is so legalistic and often I found that they placed God in a box so small that there was no room for Him to do anything. I'm sorry but my God is bigger than that. Being at Central has also hurt my relationship with God. Partly this is my own choice, but I was so turned off by all the controversy and legalism and unchristlike attitudes that I wanted nothing to do with "christians." It has taken a lot of work and repentance to get back to where I was before attending Central. In my opinion if you want to be discouraged, depressed, empty, and diappointed then Central is the place for you. |
