The Courant math department in CAS has some of the top scholars in the field, and they are extremely accesible to undergraduates. Top professsors are always here for you at NYU if you seek them out. For example, I took a history class with then univeristy president, J.Oliva. Not only was the class small (15 people) but he also had office hours! The classmates you are surrounded by are also very top notch and constantly challenge you. Internship and career opportunities at NYU are virtually unmatched anywhere. |
