Are they enjoying their lives? Do they balance work with family? Don't chase a major with a great starting salary. Do some soul searching and choose something that complements your interests. If you like what you do, money will come. Also, don't pass on a major because you heard it was hard. Life is hard. Anyone with brains can accomplish what they want to. People with professional careers and degrees weren't born more worthy than anyone else, they were typically lost kids just like you who were confident that they could accomplish something. Also, you're too young out of high school to know for sure what you want to do for the rest of your life. Ease up on yourself. |
