PCC is an establishment for people that have been sheltered from the world by their parents and too timid to experience life in an unbiast perspective. Apparently some people need an institution to induce daily activities such as going to class or washing your bedding.

STUDENTS HAVE NO INDIVIDUALITY!!! Pcc tells you who you are and what to do- you can't even leave campus in jeans and a t-shirt.
