PCC gave me a good education, not well-rounded as it did not prepare me for the real world of professionalism, but it was a good level of education, a level that allowed me to move to graduate studies with confidence. However, the "hand-held" approach to learning facilitated at PCC did not prepare me for the "hands off" approach of the graduate and professional level. PCC does too much "hand holding" in regards to their educational practices as well as their governing of the student body's daily activites. My advice to students considering PCC woud be to please do some research to determine whether or not you can handle all the "hand-holding." Because if not, you'll be wasting a lot of time and money!
